Vaccinations: All participants must be vaccinated. No one who is unvaccinated may enter the hall.
- Vaccinations must be up to date including one booster (no less than two weeks prior to the dance).
- Vaccination card and ID (driver's license or state issued ID) will be checked at the first dance and you will go on a list of verified participants.
- Children are welcome if they have been vaccinated.
Checking in at dances: All participants must sign in.
- If you feel sick, please do not come to the dance.
- You will be asked to show ID at all dances so we recommend that you arrive early for check-in.
- Once you are a verified vaccinated participant you will not need to show your vaccination card.
- Hand sanitizer will be available at check-in.
Masking: Starting July 7, 2023, masking is no longer required but is recommended.
- If using a mask, we suggest that you bring a supply of extra masks for yourself. A limited supply of extra masks will be available.
- Water bottles will be allowed in the hall. Due to the new floor, please immediately wipe up any spills and please do not set water bottles directly on the floor as bottles may sweat and leave a puddle on the floor.
- Other food or drink will be allowed in the hall. Food to share shall be individually wrapped.
- If an outbreak of Covid infection occurs on Oahu or hospitalizations associated with Covid infections rise significantly, we will consider requiring masks again.
Swinging: Respect individualʻs choice of swing.
- Please respect individualʻs right to choose whether or not to use a ballroom position swing or an alternate hand-hold swing.
- Tags indicating swing preferences will be available.
After the dance: If you begin to feel sick in the days following the dance, please email us right away.
